Acareo (a-car-ee-o) was founded by Managing Director Andy Oddy in the Autumn of 2010. After 20 years in local government (15 as a lawyer) and 5 years management consulting Andy took the decision to branch out and focus on providing skilled change management resource to select clients.
Andy is a strategic, organised and focused change manager with a diverse set of transferable skills acquired during collaboration with over 60 different organisations including FTSE100 companies, pension funds and public bodies. He possesses advanced reasoning and problem solving qualities combined with outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.; a self-starter who demonstrates the highest levels of motivation required to meet set objectives with a logical and analytical mindset along with consultancy and leadership experience and in depth knowledge of data management, insight and strategy to produce viable solutions to drive business benefits.

His focus is on delivering benefits for clients and as such contract extensions are the norm, not the exception with average assignments of around 16 months.
